ISO 13485
SO 13485, Medical Devices - Quality Management Systems - Requirements for Regulatory Purposes - addresses the development, implementation and maintenance of a quality management system for medical device manufacturers and suppliers. Originally developed in the 1990s, the standard details requirements for a quality management system that meets the requirements and regulations of customers in the European Union (EU), Canada and other major jurisdictions around the world. ISO 13485 has a similar scope and intent to ISO 9001, but includes additional requirements specific to medical devices, excluding some ISO 9001 provisions. Therefore, in most jurisdictions, ISO 9001 certification is not an acceptable substitute for compliant certification to the requirements of ISO 13485.
ISO 21001:2018 Certification
SO 21001:2018 specifies requirements for a management system for educational organizations (EOMS) when such an organization:
a) needs to demonstrate its ability to support the acquisition and development of competence through teaching, learning or research;
b) aims to enhance satisfaction of learners, other beneficiaries and staff through the effective application of its EOMS, including processes for improvement of the system and assurance of conformity to the requirements of learners and other beneficiaries.
All requirements of ISO 21001:2018 are generic and intended to be applicable to any organization that uses a curriculum to support the development of competence through teaching, learning or research, regardless of the type, size or method of delivery.
ISO 21001:2018 can be applied to educational organizations within larger organizations whose core business is not education, such as professional training departments.
ISO 21001:2018 does not apply to organizations that only produce or manufacture educational products.
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification
ISO/IEC 20000-1 "Information technologies - Service management - Part 1: Requirements for a service management system" defines the requirements that a service provider must have in order to provide IT services of a high standard quality.
The purpose of the standard is to help IT service providers improve the quality of the service offered.
Certification according to ISO/IEC 2000-1 issued by a third-party body is the guarantee that the company has implemented all the necessary actions to deliver quality IT services, in order to meet the expectations of its users.

The ISO/IEC 20000-1 standard is particularly suitable for IT service providers both inside and outside the organization, such as, for example, outsourced IT service providers, in the telecommunications sector, financial activities and the Public Administration. The standard is applicable to all Organizations, whether they are large, medium or small with more or less complex IT structures.
ISO/IEC 27001
Information Security Management System Certification.
ISO/IEC 27001 is the world's best-known standard for information security management systems (ISMS). It defines requirements an ISMS must meet.
The ISO/IEC 27001 standard provides companies of any size and from all sectors of activity with guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system.
Conformity with ISO/IEC 27001 means that an organization or business has put in place a system to manage risks related to the security of data owned or handled by the company, and that this system respects all the best practices and principles enshrined in this International Standard.
ISO/IEC 27701
This document specifies requirements and provides guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving a Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) in the form of an extension to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002 for privacy management within the context of the organization.
This document specifies PIMS-related requirements and provides guidance for PII controllers and PII processors holding responsibility and accountability for PII processing.
This document is applicable to all types and sizes of organizations, including public and private companies, government entities and not-for-profit organizations, which are PII controllers and/or PII processors processing PII within an ISMS.
