A first certification cycle funded by D.A.S.
Under the planned offer, the first Hungarian client in each effectively accredited IAF sector would have their entire first three-year certification cycle paid by D.A.S.

The same independent certification process
The usual process remains: technical application and feasibility review, contract and audit planning, Stage 1 and Stage 2, independent certification decision and, if positive, certificate issue followed by the two surveillance audits in the first cycle.
Certification depends on demonstrated conformity. Funding by D.A.S. changes neither audit duration, criteria and scope nor the independent review and decision. No preferential treatment or exemptions from standard or sector requirements apply.
On-site auditing remains the contractual default. Where suitable, remote or facilitated remote techniques are agreed in advance and confirmed in the audit plan. For ISO 45001, process and OH&S risk controls require an on-site part. See the audit methods page for the conditions and limitations.
Within the actual accredited scope
The initiative concerns only the applicable accredited scope. Coverage and full or conditional sector status must be checked separately for the relevant standard; a sector is not necessarily covered for every standard. The existing matrix and the official NAH scope remain the references.

These are open points for the final regulation, not approved eligibility rules or cost exclusions. The premise remains complete D.A.S. funding of the first cycle.
Eligible organisation and first-client order
Define “Hungarian client”, treatment of existing clients and the event that determines first-client order: request, contract or audit. This preview does not establish an order or allocate a place.
Sector and standard
Clarify whether the unit is the IAF sector or the standard–sector combination, and how organisations with several sectors or standards are treated, within the actual accredited scope.
Complete cycle and subsequent renewal
Specify how complete funding is handled for Stage 1 and Stage 2, two surveillance audits, travel, interpreting, nonconformities and additional visits, and VAT. Define the boundary with subsequent recertification. No partial coverage or customer charges are introduced by this preview.
Subsequent clients may receive individual proposals; no fixed reduction or entitlement is established here.
