Cooperation with INTERCERT Italia
D.A.S. Certification Kft. and INTERCERT ITALIA S.r.l. are two independent certification bodies. This page describes the relationship between the two companies transparently.
Who INTERCERT Italia is
INTERCERT ITALIA S.r.l., Milano (Piazza IV Novembre 4, 20124), VAT no. 10413400960, is a certification body for management systems and the official INTERCERT organisation for Italy. INTERCERT has been active since 2008.
Relationship between the two companies
INTERCERT ITALIA S.r.l. holds a shareholding in D.A.S. Certification Kft. NAH, the Hungarian national accreditation body, is aware of this shareholding.
The two certification bodies cooperate while remaining independent of each other.
Independence and impartiality
Each body works under its own accreditation and is solely responsible for its own certification decisions.
Certification decisions on D.A.S. Certification certificates rest solely with D.A.S. Certification.
The shareholding is considered by the D.A.S. Certification Impartiality Committee and in the impartiality risk analysis carried out in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1, clause 5.2.
The two companies do not make joint or combined certification offers.
Scope of activities
INTERCERT Italia operates mainly in Italy and holds a much wider portfolio of accredited certification schemes. D.A.S. Certification is not accredited for those schemes and therefore does not offer them.
D.A.S. Certification provides NAH-accredited certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and is working to extend its accredited schemes over time. Meanwhile, the cooperation helps D.A.S. Certification reach more organisations and markets.
